Co-founder
Santosh has spent most of his career in kitchens where the sauce takes all day and nobody rushes it. He looks after the dough and the slow-cooked things. If you ask him what's good tonight, you'll get an honest answer.
Co-founder
Loic grew up cooking with whatever the season handed over, and that's still how he writes a menu. He's the one chasing down local growers and fishers. He believes hospitality is half the meal.
How We Cook
We buy close to home wherever we can — produce, seafood and small-batch cheese from growers around the Coffs Coast.
Sauces made from scratch, quality dough proved slowly and hand-stretched to order. No shortcuts we'd be embarrassed by.
Sandy feet welcome. Come in after a swim at Park Beach, stay as long as you like.
