About this dish
This is Santosh's pizza. Goat is slow-roasted until it pulls apart, then seasoned with the spices he grew up with in Nepal and finished on our stone-baked base with red onion and a spoon of cool Greek yoghurt. It's the pizza you won't find anywhere else in Coffs Harbour.
